Vote for Our 2016 Role Models
Updated Monday, May 23, 2016: Voting has now ended for the 2016 Men at Work campaign. You can still make a donation by voting for one of our Role Models, but the votes have already been counted. Please join us on Wednesday, May 25th for our awards ceremony to find out who won the competition!
Who is the most inspirational man in Dayton? Our Role Models are sharing their own life stories in the hopes of inspiring others to achieve their own career goals. Read all about this year’s contestants below, and then vote for your favorite(s)! Each vote costs $5, and all proceeds benefit Clothes That Work. Be sure to visit us on Monday, May 2, and each Monday thereafter to see the each week’s inspirational stories and pictures.
Each week, our men will compete in a themed competition. The Role Model who secures the most votes each week will win an award:

Casually Cool Award
Voting will officially end at 11:59pm on Friday, May 20th. We will then tally the votes and announce the results at a special awards ceremony on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. Individual awards will be given to the winners of each weekly themed competition. The team who has the most overall votes will be crowned “the Most Inspirational Team in Dayton,” and the individual who has the most overall votes will be crowned “the Most Inspirational Man in Dayton.”
