Clothes That Work Turns 20

The staff of Clothes That Work with Dawne Dewey, Head of Special Collections and Archives, Wright State University Libraries

On Tuesday, June 12, 2018, the staff and volunteers at Clothes That Work gathered with community stakeholders for a party at the Special Collections & Archives at Wright State University’s Paul Laurence Dunbar Library to kick off our twentieth year of service. This first event in a series of activities planned throughout the next twelve months gave guests the opportunity to view a special exhibit on fashion in the Dayton region over the past 100 years, and the evening ended with the donation of hundreds of historically significant documents and pictures to the new Clothes That Work Collection at the Archives.
