Have clothing to donate? Fantastic!

We have two convenient drop-off locations for you to choose:

Oakwood Florist

Here's what you need to know to make the process of emptying your closet a simple and gratifying one that will make a difference in the life of a local jobseeker:

  • Clothing needs to be clean and in good repair
  • Clothing style should be current
  • Clothing should be on a hanger

Clothes That Work is located inside The Job Center at 1133 S Edwin C Moses Blvd. While the Job Center is a large facility, finding Clothes That Work is really fairly easy. We are located right inside entrance 1133A, the door that faces the river and is closest to the Stewart St bridge. There is a blue mailbox, a flag pole, and
5-minute parking right outside our door. Right inside that door are carts ready to be used to help unload your vehicle. We have volunteers and staff on hand who can help unload your car in the event that assistance is needed.

If you have a large donation (from a clothing drive or an estate, for example) or otherwise need assistance unloading your donation, please call CLothes That Work at 937.222.3778x170. We can then make sure we have extra hands and racks available.

Clothing donations are accepted at Clothes That Work Monday - Thursday from 9am-1pm and the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9am-12noon.

After you drop off your clothing, take some time to browse through our Boutique. The Clothes That Work Boutique is where we sell items that are not interview appropriate, casual items, formal wear, and designer clothing. Proceeds from the Boutique are used to purchase items to meet client needs that we don't have in stock.
