Why Should You Vote For Me?

“Pray Up and Stay Up” so you can remain spiritually up lifted within yourself no matter what obstacles or challenges you may encounter.

Accessory of Empowerment

Some of my favorite Accessories of Empowerment are scarves and hats, however since it is too warm to wear these items another one of my most favorite Accessory of Empowerment items of all time is the Bow Tie. It is by far the most regal and classic forms of neck wear in existence. Nothing captures the eye more, gets more compliments, or creates more conversation that the Bow Tie. Although I have a wide array of neck wear that include neck ties, scarves, and ascots, only the Bow Tie exudes the personal statement that defines me. Bow Ties are most empowering when they are worn in contrast to your suit or outfit. They should always standout with boldness but remain subtle in class. Bow Ties also make the best reflection of style and character when they are “tie yourself” as opposed to “clip on”. I am often asked “How do you tie your Bow Ties?”, and my response is very simple” Just tie it the same as you would a ribbon, or a shoe lace.” If you keep it that simple you can’t go wrong. A Bow Tie is not supposed to be perfect while wearing it. And when I compare the Bow Tie to the same as life not being perfect as well, it gives me the Empowerment to keep striving for success.

Shoes of Empowerment

My grandmother used to say “You can tell a lot about a man by looking at his shoes.” Her quote stuck with me growing up as a young man and I adapted that concept into ensuring that my shoes would always make a statement.   My Shoes of Empowerment are the Saddle Oxford.   My choice is based on the classic statement that Saddle Oxfords represent and how they express and define a personal reflection of style. Saddle Oxfords can be worn with a suit during the day and a pair of chinos at dinner in the evening. But my favorite way of sporting a pair of Saddle Oxfords is with a pair of my favorite jeans and a sweater on the weekend. Shoes are by far the best way to separate a man from the crowd with his own individual character and style. When you look down at your feet the statement should be bold but not overpowering. The Saddle Oxford reflects both the bold statement of “I’m different” and the subtle statement of “I’m Classy.” Always remember that your shoes should cleaned and shined routinely free from scuffs and scratches because that is what embodies the Empowerment.

Outfit of Empowerment

The Outfit of Empowerment I chose is the business suit or sport coat and slacks. The reason behind this choice is that it exudes confidence and style. Suits should make statements while not being overstated. I like for my suit to reflect the character of classic style while exhibiting a taste of modern and contemporary flare. Being well dressed is knowing “what is appropriate to wear when and where.” Price does not always dictate the quality of clothing. If you are wearing an expensive suit at the wrong time and place, and do not have the style, flare, or character to pull it off, then it won’t make much of a statement no matter how much it cost. I work with men and women that are overcoming challenges in their lives. What I express to them is the importance of how their appearance will make the difference in how they will succeed in life. We live in a society that judges others on their outward appearance. While that may or may not be important as far as what we think about how others perceive us, our appearance however is something that can be individually controlled. What is most important is how someone feels internally about themselves, and in doing so it will reflect on the outside when you are wearing that Outfit of Empowerment.
