Referral Partner Program

Clothes That Work clients are referred to us through a network of partners who share our goal of helping individuals become self-reliant. The referral process ensures we serve clients who qualify for our services: those looking for employment, those enrolled in workforce training or educational classes and those who have secured employment.

Once referred to Clothes That Work, clients schedule an appointment to receive one-on-one guidance in selecting clothing that is appropriate and flattering. During the initial appointment, we provide our clients with an interview outfit, accessories and individualized training on making a positive first impression. Upon employment, clients may return to Clothes That Work to receive additional work-appropriate clothing and coaching on dressing to impress in the workplace.

In order to refer clients to us for professional services, referral partners pay a nominal annual fee. We take pride in complementing the services our partners offer and value developing meaningful partnerships with other non-profit, government, educational, and business organizations. We work hard to increase confidence and job opportunities for our shared customers: individuals striving for self-reliance.
