Oakwood Students Support Local Job Seekers

During last semester’s Wall Street 101 class at Oakwood High School, Clothes That Work was selected as one of five charities for the students to work with for their Philanthropy 101 project. Each nonprofit had the opportunity to meet with the classes and bring them out for site visits to prepare them as they made the case to support each cause. We were thrilled to find out that Clothes That Work came in first place in both classes, generating $1,000 worth of support for our programs and services.

Thank you to everyone for your hard work and enthusiasm. Read this article from the Dayton Foundation to learn more about the program.
