About the Competition:
Men at Work is the Dayton region’s effort to inspire local job seekers to achieve their own employment goals and career aspirations. Dozens of men from all walks of life have volunteered their time and talent to serve in our 2017 class of Role Models. These men will share their own experiences through photos and stories in a online competition that will answer the question: Who is the most inspirational man in Dayton?
The identities of this year’s class of Role Models will be revealed at a Kickoff Party on Thursday, April 27th at the Schuster Center. Guests will be treated with music, a Selfie Mirror, and a pop-up Boutique as part of the celebration. The men then start campaigning for votes that night! Votes can be purchased for $5 individually or 5 for $20, and all proceeds go towards supporting Clothes That Work’s mission-based programs.
After the party finishes, the competition will continue online for the next three weeks. Each week, new pictures and stories about our Role Models will be shared to give you a better look at how they became the men they are today. The winners and total dollars raised will be revealed at a special Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, May 24th, 2017.
